RAPID CITY, S.D. – A federal grand jury indicted a Newell, SD woman for distribution of a controlled substance.
Kimberly Rich, 56, allegedly distributed a mixture or substance with a detectable amount of methamphetamine.
Rich faces up to 40 years in federal prison if she is convicted. She is in custody, awaiting trial.
