STURGIS, S.D. – Sturgis fire crews responded to a camper fire on Vanocker Drive just before Noon on Thursday.
Fire spokesman Mark Bruch says fire crews responded quickly and kept the fire contained to the camper and away from a nearby home.
The camper is considered a total loss and the homeowners lost some valuable inside of it.
No injuries to firefighters, civilians or domestic animals were reported.
The cause of the fire is under investigation.
