PINE RIDGE, S.D. – Officials in Pine Ridge say they are looking for a potentially armed and dangerous male allegedly tied to a fatal shooting that occurred early Tuesday morning.
Colton Bagola, 26, is considered to be armed and dangerous. Police say he was involved in a shooting where one person was shot in Pine Ridge.
Police say they are also looking for four others in connection to the incident: Billy Reddy, 28, Thelma Ponds, 20, Tashina Jones (age omitted by police), and Ben Freeman, 29.
According to Robert Ecoffey, Chief of Police for the Oglala Sioux Tribe, the department is still looking for the suspect and details surrounding the shooting are not being released at this time.
A Facebook post says: “If you come across this male or know of his whereabouts, please call the police department at 911 or (605) 867-5111.”
