Paula M. Soelzer, 68, Sturgis, SD passed away Friday, October 4, 2024 at Monument Health Rapid City Hospital. Her family is planning a celebration of life on Friday, October 11th, from 5:00pm to 7:00pm at Sturgis Park.
Paula Marine Leech was born October 21, 1955 in Rapid City to Harold “Russ” Leech and Marilyn (McFarland) Lemaster. Paula attended Western Dakota Technical Institute for carpentry.
Survivors include her mother, Marilyn Lemaster, Rapid City; children, Melody (Andy) Anderson, Arizona, Heath (Mindie) Soelzer, Sturgis, Colten (Megan) Soelzer, Syracuse, KS; and brother, Scott (Martha) Leech. Grandchildren Kennedy (Jace) Tanner, Cooper Soelzer, Elizabeth and Arabella Soelzer. She was preceded in death by her father, Harold “Russ” Leech and grandparents, Eleene and John McFarland.
