SIOUX FALLS, S.D. – The Pierre Governors won the Class A State Baseball Championship held in Sioux Falls Saturday.
Pierre defeated Harrisburg 4 to 2 to win the title.
The Governors punched their ticket into the championship game by beating Brandon Valley 2-0. Harrisburg earned their trip to the championship game with a 6 to 1 win over Sioux Falls Jefferson.
