RAPID CITY, S.D. – Rapid City police have apprehended a man with an active arrest warrant.
Police noticed Benjamin Mibrandt walking on the sidewalk in the area of Haines Avenue and Lindbergh Avenue Sunday evening.
Police were able to make contact with him, and he was taken into custody.
A search yielded a baggie contained a number of fentanyl pills as well as drug paraphernalia.
Milbrandt was placed under arrest for Possession of a Controlled Substance, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and multiple warrants.
He was taken to the Pennington County jail.
