Pornography charges brought against foster caregiver

SOUX FALLS, S.D. — A South Dakota man entrusted to take care of foster children faces child pornography charges.

Fifty-four-year-old Len Homelvig appeared in court Friday.

He’s accused of secretly shooting illegal pictures or video of a minor, along with six counts of child pornography.

His bond is set at $100,000 cash only.
