RAPID CITY, S.D. – A Rapid City man has been found guilty on all four counts against him in connection with a shooting at the Central States Fair last summer.
Kasey Arehart, 18, was charged with three counts of aggravated assault and one count of discharge of a firearm inside a vehicle.
The incident happened during a confrontation between two groups of people as they were leaving the fair in August. Prosecutors say Arehart shot a gun through an open window of a vehicle.
Arehart will be sentenced in May. He could face up to 15 years for each charge.
