RAPID CITY, S.D. – The Rapid City man charged with vehicular homicide in the death of his brother entered a plea of not guilty in court Thursday.
Larry Walking, 34, faces one felony county for vehicular homicide while driving under the influence.
Prosecutors allege Walking was heavily intoxicated when he fatally ran over his brother Paul Walking on May 14th in Rapid City.
He faces up to 25 years in prison due to being a habitual offender.
