RAPID CITY, S.D. — There’s a new team in town in the Black Hills, the Rapid City Marshals.
The Rapid City Marshals will be the new arena football team based in Rapid City.
Officials from a South Dakota based group, Pick-Six Entertainment, announced in a press conference Friday morning at Main Street Square that the new team will play in Summit Arena at The Monument beginning in March of next year.
The Rapid City Marshals are the eighth member of the Champions Indoor Football league.
It plays a 12-game schedule from March through June, with playoffs in July.
