RAPID CITY, S.D. – Rapid City Police Chief Don Hedrick says two people have been arrested in connection with a shots being fired off of Skyline Drive.
Hedrick reports two adults have been arrested for their involvement in the shooting which took place in the evening hours of December 27th.
They are identified as 18-year-old Roman Venegas and 23-year-old David Venegas, both of Rapid City. Multiple gun and assault charges are pending for both adults.
A third individual, a juvenile male, has been detained and will be entered into the appropriate channels of the juvenile justice system.
Hedrick says the investigation into the shooting remains under investigation, and additional information will be released as appropriate.

The gunfire was recorded on security footage and prompted a strong police response. No one was reported injured in the incident.
