RAPID CITY, S.D. — Rapid City Police are investigating a Wednesday afternoon shooting that happened at an apartment complex located on Quincy Street.
Police say a person of interest was detained nearby and that a handgun was located between the scene of the shooting and where the person was detained.
The victim has been transported to the hospital with serious, non-life-threatening injuries.
No other information has been released.
