Rapid City Police investigating unattended death

RAPID CITY, S.D. – Rapid City police are investigating the death of a man who was the subject of a missing person case.

Police say the body of Kenneth Bauer was found at the edge of a body of water just south of 1225 Eglin Street on Friday, August 25^th.

Police say video shows Bauer last seen walking east after being spotted at 1200 North Lacrosse Street.

Police say they are no indications of foul play in Bauer’s death and his body did not show any obvious signs of trauma. However, police say they are still investigating the death.
