RAPID CITY, S.D. – Rapid City Post 22 swept Yankton in a twin bill at Fitzgerald Stadium on Tuesday.
In game 1, the Hardhats saw Wilson Kieffer go 3 for 3 at the plate, scoring two runs and driving in 2 R.B.I. for an 8-3 win.
In the second game, Post 22 came back from a one run deficit twice to complete the sweep with a 6-3 win.
The Hardhats prepare for the annual Firecracker Tournament, which opens on Thursday. Post 22 plays their first game of the tournament at 7:00 p.m. vs Premier West.
