RAPID CITY, S.D. – The Rapid City Stevens boys soccer team is headed to the Class AA Championship match after a 3-0 win over Sioux Falls O’Gorman Tuesday night.
The Raiders scored three goals within five minutes early in the second half.
Luther Bushing led the Raiders with two goals and Ryan Gaughan added another.
Stevens is headed to their fourth championship match since 2015. The Raiders won the championship in 2016 and finished runner up in 2016 and 2020.
Stevens will face fourth seeded Sioux Falls Lincoln on Saturday, October 15th for the boys championship. Lincoln punched their ticket to the title game with a 3.2 win over Brandon Valley.
In girls AA, it will be Harrisburg vs Aberdeen Central for the title. Harrisburg beat Sioux Falls Roosevelt 3-0 and Aberdeen Central rolled over Sioux Falls Lincoln 6-0.
