STURGIS, S.D. – Rapid City Stevens claimed the team title of the Bear Butte Invite Golf Tournament Tuesday.
The Raiders finished with a low score of 335, one stroke ahead of Spearfish, who finished second, with a 336.
Sturgis came in third with a 394 and Belle Fourche was fourth with a 411.
Winning individual medalist honors was Josh Sandsted of Spearfish with a 79. Aiden Voyles of Belle Fourche was second and Luke Cadwallader and Taylor Andersen of Stevens finished tied for third.
Top placing Scooper was Carter Kirk with a 91.
In other golf action, Vincent Van Liere of St Thomas More won the Rapid City Quad with a score of 75. Benjamn Gibson of Rapid City Central was second with a 79.
