SPEARFISH, S.D. – The Spearfish Invitational Competitive Cheer competition was held Monday, where Rapid City Central claimed the top score to take top honors.

The Cobblers finished as Grand Champion with 167.50.

Rapid City Stevens placed second with 143.50 and the Scoopers came in third with 141.50.

Sturgis Competitive Cheer Coach Brooke Wuebben says the team showed up and is improving every competition.

St Thomas More came in fourth while Belle Fourche rounded out the top five.
