RAPID CITY, S.D. — The Rapid City Council on Monday night voted to table taking action on its proposed urban hen ordinance.
By a vote of six-to-three, the council voted to push the vote to November 16 for more work on the details of the ordinance.
The Rapid City Council has been discussing a proposed chicken ordinance that would allow city residents to keep hens for several years now.
