RAPID CITY, S.D. — The Rapid City Council voted to keep their emergency ordinance to keep some businesses closed in effect for another week.
On Monday night, the council voted seven-to-two to extend the ordinance for one week.
Previous extensions have been for two weeks.
The new one-week extension goes into effect on Wednesday, April 22.
The council will meet again a week from Wednesday, April 29, to decide whether to lift the ordinance or extend it further.
