RAPID CITY, S.D. – The Rapid City Marshals fell a little short in getting their first win of the season as they dropped a hard fought 41-38 game to Southwest Kansas on Saturday night.
The Marshals had the ball late in the game with a chance to go ahead, but Quarterback Jauhem Byrd-Mix threw an interception with :24 second remaining.
The Marshals are 0-9 and will wrap up the season Saturday, May 20, at home, versus the Billings Outlaws.
