RAPID CITY, S.D. – Rapid City Police arrested a teenager following an accident in the 3400 block of Skyline Drive early Thursday morning.
Police says the vehicle rollover involved a white passenger vehicle and four people inside.
The 18-year-old driver was found outside the vehicle and was given emergency first aid until a medical unit arrived to take him to the hospital.
The four other occupants were also taken to the hospital for treatment.
The driver, who has not been identified, is facing several charges including D.U.I., reckless driving and driving without a license.
The investigation is ongoing.
