RAPID CITY, S.D. — Rapid City Police say they have caught with the last of the suspects wanted in connection with a shooting death.
Tracy Laughlin, 32, of Rapid City has been taken into custody in relation to the April 9 shooting death of Jesus Vance at the South Dakota Rose Inn.
She was arrested without incident around 11:40 a.m. on Monday, May 3, near the intersection of Eglin Street and East North Street.
Laughlin was located during a traffic stop with the assistance of the Pennington County Sheriff’s Office Warrants Task Force.
She was booked into the Pennington County Jail.
