RAPID CITY, S.D. – The weather finally cooperated for area golfers Thursday as several teams met at Meadowbrook Golf Course.
Rapid City Stevens claimed the team title at Thursday’s event, scoring a low 166. Spearfish was second with a 196 and Sturgis finished third with a 239.
Winning individual medalist honors was Lauren Knapp of Stevens, carding a 38 on the day. Her teammate Madi Jacobsen was second with a 40 and fellow Raider Holland Post was third with a 41.
Top placing Scooper was Lily Heisinger in ninth place.
