STURGIS, S.D. – The Sturgis Area Chamber of Commerce held an official ribbon cutting ceremony Thursday for the new commercial building available in the Sturgis Industrial Park.
The ribbon cutting was held in conjunction with the open house for the new building hosted by the Sturgis Economic Development Corporation.
The building is located on Hansen Avenue in the Sturgis Industrial Park.
S.E.D.C. Executive Director Amanda Anglin says the multi-unit building offers an “excellent opportunity for businesses looking to establish themselves in a prime industrial location.”
She told KBHB News it features four spacious units, each measuring 1,600 square feet, complete with a dedicated office and bathroom.
The units are also equipped with three-phase power, ensuring robust energy support for industrial operations, and come with on-site parking.
She says S.E.D.C. has already fielded calls from interested clients.
