STURGIS, S.D. – At the Annual Meeting of Members of the Sturgis Economic Development Corp (SEDC), it was announced that Ryan Aldren (Rasmussen Mechanical Services) was re-elected to a 3-year term on the Board of Directors. New board members Mark Schmidt (Monument Health Sturgis) and Jesse Blakeman (Iverson Construction) were also elected to serve a 3-year term.
The other 2022 SEDC voting board members are: Paul Bisson, JD Williams, Ken Meirose (Black Hills Energy), Scott Sabers (Sabers Insurance Agency), Karen Simmons (Simmons Accurant), Tessa Gunderson (Black Hills Rally & Gold), Britton Blair, Daniel Ainslie (City of Sturgis) and Rod Bradley (Meade County). Ex-officio non-voting members are: Beka Zerbst (City of Sturgis), Rhea Crane (Meade County), Veronica Grosek (Sturgis Area Chamber of Commerce) and Amanda Anglin (SEDC).
