SPEARFISH, S.D. – Daniel Cook collected three hits in four at bats as the Spearfish Sasquatch rolled over the Bison Baseball team 23-4 Monday night.
Cook singled in the second inning, singled in the third and singled in the sixth.
Nolan Ackerman added a home run for Spearfish, scoring a pair of runs in the bottom of the fifth for the Sasquatch.
Spearfish piled up 18 hits on the night and leadoff hitter Matthew Gonzalez led the Sasquatch with five hits in seven at bats.
Spearfish improves to 21-13 on the season and will play the Bison Baseball team for game two tonight at 6:05 p.m.
