SPEARFISH, S.D. – The Spearfish Sasquatch won a high scoring affair with the Oahe Zap on Thursday, getting a 16-10 victory at Black Hills Power Complex.
The Sasquatch amassed 16 hits in the game as Daniel Cook had four hits in five at bats for Spearfish. Seth Nelson added three R.B.I.
Aidan Torpey earned the win for Spearfish, giving up two hits and no runs on two innings of work. He struck out four and walked none.
Spearfish improves to 12-10 on the season and the two teams meet again tonight with first pitch set for 6:05 p.m.
