STURGIS, S.D. – In prep volleyball action Saturday, the Aberdeen Central Golden Eagles were too much for the Sturgis Scoopers.
Led by the net play of Sophomore Lauryn Burckhardt, the Golden Eagles swept the Scoopers in three straight sets of 25-5, 25-14, 25-17.
With the loss, the Scoopers falls to 2-9 on the season.
