BROOKINGS, S.D. – Former South Dakota State quarterback Mark Gronowski has committed to the University of Iowa.
Gronowski who entered the transfer portal at the end of December, was also weighing forgoing his remaining eligibility and entering the NFL Draft.
On Tuesday, Gronowski announced on X that he had committed to Iowa.
Gronowski led SDSU to a 49-6 record as a starter, which is tied for the most wins for a QB at the FCS level. He helped guide the Jackrabbits to the first three national championship game appearances in program history at the D-I level and back-to-back titles in 2022 and 2023.
