SIOUX FALLS, S.D. – The suspect in a triple homicide in Sioux Falls over the weekend is making his first court appearance this morning.
Police say 30-year old Justin Rackley faces three counts of first degree murder in the shooting deaths of three people early Saturday morning.
Police Lieutenant Aaron Nyberg says it happened at 58th and Drexel Drive shortly before three Saturday morning.
Lieutenant Nyberg says the incident happened during a bonfire that had at least a dozen people present at various times.
Police are still trying to determine the motive.
Two other people were hospitalized with non-life-threatening injuries.
