WATERTOWN, S.D. – Watertown played host for the 2022 Class “A” Cheer and Dance Competitions with Sioux Valley being named cheer grand champion and Dakota Valley dance grand champion.
Sioux Valley scored 279 points to claim the trophy. Dell Rapids St. Mary won second with 220.50 points and Parkston was third with 217.50.
Dakota Valley scored 297.25 to win the overall dance title with Beresford second and Tea Area third.
