South Dakota AG joins in effort to push US Supreme Court to overturn Biden’s wins in swing states

WASHINGTON, DC – South Dakota Attorney General Jason Ravnsborg announced he has joined efforts by 16 other attorneys general in a bid to reverse President-elect Joe Biden’s projected Electoral College victory.

Seventeen states told the Supreme Court Wednesday that they support Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton (R) who filed a  complaint today that asked the U.S. Supreme Court  to overturn Biden’s wins in the swing states of Pennsylvania, Michigan, Wisconsin and Georgia.

According to Ravnsborg’s Chief of Staff Tim Bormann, thousands of South Dakota voters have contacted the attorney general’s office expressing their concern about election fraud.

President Donald Trump also filed a motion to intervene in the case as a presidential candidate.

The states supporting the suit, all of which have Republican attorneys general, are Missouri, Alabama, Arkansas, Florida, Indiana, Kansas, Louisiana, Mississippi, Montana, Nebraska, North Dakota, Oklahoma, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Utah, and West Virginia.
