South Dakota shows third most percentage growth in construction jobs

SIOUX FALLS, S.D. – South Dakota had the third most percentage growth in construction jobs during the coronavirus pandemic.

That’s according to the Associated General Contractors.

South Dakota’s construction workforce grew by 12.5% between February 2020 and this April.

Montana had the second-best percentage of 13.3%.

South Dakota added 3,000 jobs during the 26 months measured.
