UNDATED – State soccer champions were crowned Saturday as the South Dakota Class AA and Class A Championships were held.
In boys Class AA, Sioux Falls O’Gorman edged Rapid City Stevens 2-1 for the championship.
Stevens was the top seed in the tournament and O’Gorman was the seventh seed.
In the girls Class AA Championship, fourth-seeded Brandon Valley shut out seventh-seeded Sioux Falls Roosevelt 2-0.
In the boys Class A Championship, top-seeded Sioux Falls Christian beat second-seeded Tea Area 2-1.
And, in the girls Class A Championship, top-seeded West Central edged second-seeded Tea Area 2-0.
