Spearfish wins team title of Black Hills Conference Golf Tournament

BELLE FOURCHE, S.D. – Spearfish captured the team title of the Black Hills Conference Golf Meet Monday at Belle Fourche Country Club.

The Spartans carded the low score of 336 for first place. St Thomas More was second with a 359, Belle Fourche was third with a 401 and Sturgis placed fourth with a 415.

Winning individual medalist honors was Vincent Van Liere of St Thomas More with a 77. Charlie Rasmussen of Spearfish was second with am 81 and his teammate Jack Hight was third with an 82.
