RAPID CITY, S.D. – Rapid City Post 22 struggled in their opening game of the American Legion Central Plains Regional Tournament, falling to St Michael, MN 11 to 1.
Post 22 could only muster three hits and went 0 for 16 with runners on base.
Starting pitcher Palmer Jacobs went four innings, allowing six runs on six hits. He struck out four and allowed one walk.

Post 22 will play Mankato at noon Thursday.
