UNDATED – The eight teams are set for the Girls Class A State Basketball Tournament as the SoDak 16 wrapped up Monday night.
Top seeded St Thomas More defeated Tri-Valley 64-43 to earn a spot in the upcoming tournament.
They will be joined by undefeated Winner, who rolled past Redfield 67-38.
The Hill City Rangers Stunned Crow Creek in the night’s biggest upset, defeating third-seeded Crow Creek 45-43 to earn a trip to the state tournament.
Red Cloud is also headed to the tournament, with a 60-41 win over Tea Area.
Other SoDak 16 to games to fill out the tournament bracket were Lennox defeating Miller 55-20, Flandreau over West Central 60-55, Aberdeen Roncalli outshot McCook Central-Montrose 47-35 and Hamlin over Mt Vernon/Plankinton 46-36.
