SIOUX FALLS, S.D. – The State Wrestling Tournament wrapped up Saturday with the team dual matches.
In Class A, Sturgis brought home the fifth place trophy. Sturgis lost their opening dual to Stevens 34-23. The Scoopers came back to win their next two duals, 38-30 over Tea and 37-30 over Harrisburg. Brandon Valley ended up winning the team dual title with a 32-35 victory over Stevens.
In Class B, Philip also brought home fifth place. Philip lost their opening dual to Kimball/White Lake/Platte-Geddes 44-24. Philip then rebounded with a 37-26 win over Redfield and 41-26 win over Bon Homme/Scotland/Avon. Winner won the team dual title with a win over Kimball/White Lake/Platte-Geddes.
