STURGIS, S.D. – The Sturgis City Council met for a couple of hours Tuesday, and on their agenda – the future.

Updating the comprehensive plan for the city was one of the topics discussed by the council and mayor.

Discussion of future goals was also a topic.

No action was taken at the meeting – which was held solely as for discussion among council members.

The council and mayor hope to solidify their goals and present them for adoption at the November 7^th council meeting.
