STURGIS, S.D. – The 2024 Boys Golf Season opened on Monday with the Sturgis Invitational at Boulder Canyon Country Club.
In the team standings, Sturgis and Custer were tied at the top with a 344. Belle Fourche was third with a 353 and the Rapid City Stevens J.V. squad was fourth with a 355. Lead-Deadwood round out the top 5 with a 390.
In the individual standings, Issac Voyles of Belle Fourche had the lowest score with a 76. Levi Geary of Stevens was second with an 80 and Ayden Petz of Custer was third with an 84.
Top placing Scooper was Braxton Tieman in 6th with an 85. Fellow Scooper Jace Thurman was 8th and Jaxon Dodson was 10th.
