RAPID CITY, SD – The Sturgis Scooper girls used a tough woman-to-woman defense to hold the Rapid City Central Cobblers to seven first half points on their way to a 42-33 win, Friday night at Naasz Gymnasium.
The Cobbler boys sprinted out to a 33-21 halftime lead and kept their foot on the gas pedal, handing the Scoopers their fifth loss of the season, 58-35.
