SIOUX FALLS, S.D. – The Sturgis Titans have ended their 2023 Legion Season with a game two loss to Sioux Falls East today.
The Titans dropped a 7 to 1 game in Sioux Falls earlier today. Sioux Falls East wins the best of three-game regional and advances on to the state tournament.
Sturgis dropped the opening game in the regional last night 3-1.
Joining Sioux Falls East at the State Tournament will be Rapid City Post 22, who defeated Pierre 6 to 5 today. The Hardhats won game one last night 6 to 1 over Post 8 and wrapped up their series with their win earlier today.
And, Post 320 dropped both of their games to the Harrisburg Maroon squad to see their season come to an end. The Stars lost game one 5 to 4 and dropped game two by the score of 13-7.
