RAPID CITY, S.D. – Rapid City Police have identified a suspect involved in a shooting last week that sent a woman to hospital.
Neves BlueLegs, 19, from Rapid City has been charged with aggravated assault, discharging of a firearm at a structure, possession of a loaded firearm while intoxicated, underage consumption of an alcoholic beverage, and a probation violation.
BlueLegs was apprehended less than an hour after the shooting. He is currently being held in the Pennington County Jail.
The shooting involved a woman who was shot in the leg while she was sitting in her home.

The investigation has been turned over to the Pennington County State Attorney’s Office.
