RAPID CITY, S.D. – Three suspects are pleading not guilty in connection with a Rapid City double murder.

Chase Quick Bear, Benita Cisneros, and Erin Provancial entered the pleas yesterday to two counts of aiding and abetting first degree murder and one count of conspiracy to commit first degree murder.

The pleas are related to an August shooting on Surfwood Drive that left Joseph Standing Bear and Petan Milk dead.

They are set to appear in court again on November 3rd.

Also charged in relation to the deaths are 17-year-old Robert Yellow Bird, 26-year-old Montell Olivera and 19-year-old Dillon Wilson.

Olivera, Yellow Bird and Wilson are in tribal custody on the Rosebud Indian Reservation, and the state is working on extraditing them.
