UNDATED – The 2022-2023 wrestling season got underway this week and the Custer Quad and a dual between Douglas/RC Christian/New Underwood and Belle Fourche highlighted Thursday’s action.
At their home Quad, Custer went undefeated with wins over Burke/Gregory, Harding County and Hot Springs. The Wildcats defeated Burke/Gregory 48-24, Hot Springs 66-3 and Harding County 66-3.
Burke/Gregory got two wins, defeating Harding County 48-24 and Hot Springs 46-12.
The lone win for Hot Springs came in a 39-18 victory over Harding County.
Elsewhere, Douglas/RC Christian/New Underwood picked up a 54-29 win over Belle Fourche.
The Patriots won 9 of their matches.
