RAPID CITY, S.D. – Area athletes were in action Thursday in area golf outings.

The Rapid City Stevens girls golf team captured the title Thursday at the Raider Invite at Meadowbrook Golf Course.

The Raiders turned in a team score of 335 followed by Pierre with 355.

Tanna Phares from Stevens was the medalist after carding a 79.
