RAPID CITY, S.D. – A trial date has been set for a New York man who is charged in connection with the death of three people in 2020.
Arnson Absolu is facing three counts of first degree murder in connection with the deaths of Ashley Nagy, Charles Red Willow and Dakota Zaiser.
Absolu’s trial will begin on January 9th of 2023.
He has two previous felony convictions for possession of marijuana in the state of Texas and second degree possession of a weapon in the state of New York.
Absolu is due back in court in September for a motions hearing.
