WATERTOWN, S.D.–A Watertown woman has been arrested in connection with the death of a 16 month-old child in her care.

Watertown police were called to an in-home daycare in the 200-block of 15th Street Northwest just after 3:00 p.m. Wednesday on a report of a child that was unconscious.
