STURGIS, S.D. – The Sturgis Post 33 Missiles were in action for a second night in a row Wednesday and hosted the Post 22 Cadets.
The Missiles dropped both games to the Cadets, falling 24-1 in game one and 16-0 in game 2.
The Missiles fall to 0-8 on the season.
In other legion action Wednesday, Rapid City Post 22 swept Brookings Post 74 in a pair of games.
The Hardhats won game 1 by the score of 11-1 and took game 2 10-0.
The two teams will play another doubleheader today at Fitzgerald.
Rapid City Post 320 was also in action last night, and they dropped both games of a doubleheader to the Post 307 Legion Royals.
The Stars dropped Game 1 by the score of 15-3 and lost Game 2 by the score of 19-2.
The Stars drop to 2-23 on the season.
