UNDATED – Rapid City Post 22 split a pair of games on Sunday.
In their first game, the Hardhats scored a 9-7 win over Farmington.
Alex Dietrich drove in four runs on three hits for Post 22. He singled in the first inning and scored two runs and singled in the second inning, scoring two.
Aaron Roach earned the win for the Hardhats. The reliever surrendered four hits and one run over one and one-third innings, struck out none and walked none.
In their second game Sunday, the Hardhats dropped a 6-4 contest to Champlin Legion Post 600.
Harrison Good helped lead Post 22 with a pair of runs batted in.
The Hardhats are now 48-14 on the season.
In other legion action this weekend;
Rapid City Post 320 lost a pair of games Satirday to New Ulm and Hasting Post 47.
The Stars lost to New Ulm 5-4 and dropped a 10-0 game to Hastings Post 47.
On Sunday, the Stars lost 9-1 to Lakeville North.
Spearfish Post 164 was also in action over the weekend.
Post 164 lost to Minneapolis Washburn 15-7 and Wayzata Post 118 7-2 on Saturday. On Sunday, the Spartans lost 8-6 to Gene’s Auto and Truck Titans but defeated Ralston 10-5.
